Funkmaster V AKA "Cousin Vinnie" Vineyard has been known around the Southeast as an obnoxious musical performer, mean-spirited comedian, and a controversial radio show host. But what drug him into the TXW spotlight was actually an incident at Wal-Mart. Funk, the owner of a quasi-new 2006 Suzuki Aerio Hatchback Wagon (with totally boss rims), walked out of the store one day to find that his driver's side door had been scratched. Even though most believe the scratch looks more like it was done with a key than a buggy, Funk blamed the wrestler Buggy Boy's care-free work ethic for the scratch and entered the world of wrestling to get revenge.
In his wrestling career, Funkmaster has had many heated feuds. Most notably with Bob O Mac, a young referee turn wrestler, after Funk's obsession and inappropriate actions due to the alleged romance with Bob's wife, Beth O Mac. He has also had heated stints with Dwayne Windham, The Demon, Jerry Lee, Demetria, Maskerade, the Buggy Boy, Tony Blaine and the Hollywood Kid to name a few.
Funkmaster V was the host of the infamous TXW talk show "TXW Main Event" for over two years, started the stable "Detroit Funk City" with the Demon... a group that supported the band KISS and Funk Music, and won several awards and titles throughout numerous promotions. After an infamous cage match with rival Bob O Mac, Funkmaster V was kicked out of Detroit Funk City and quickly became a fan favorite. The crowd was ready to cheer Funkmaster anyways, as the crowd was split in his cage match with Bob O Mac. Since then, he has been wearing his ABA Basketball inspired attire, healing audience members with the power of the Funk, and enouraging people to ride the Funk Train with him. Funkmaster retired from the ring in 2011 due to several injuries, but when his old rival and friend, Bob O Mac, turned his back on the fans, Billy Marshall from TXW and Barry Allen from EGO-PRO called him out of retirement to save Bob's reputation.

2007: Debuted as the Demon's manager to resolve alledged parking lot incident with the Buggy Boy
2008: Proposed to Bob O Mac's fiance' Beth O Mac. She said no.
2008: Defeated Beth O Mac in a sing off. Then posts doctored pictures of her on a secret webpage
2009: Became the TXW Youtube TV Champion after buying it from Billy Marshall
2009: Became the Host of "TXW Main Event", TXW's Live Call in Show
2009: Beth O Mac has a change of heart and starts managing Funkmaster V as Beth O Funk
2009: Dwayne Windham breaks Funk's Pimp Cup on Live TV
2009: Started the Tag Team/ Stable "Detroit Funk City" with the Demon & Beth O Funk
2010: Discovers the Great Muta's secret behind the "Paralyzing Yellow Blood Mist"
2010: Successfully trains Beth O Funk in wrestling. She debuts and goes 2-0 before retiring.
2010: Won the one day Tag Team Tournament with the Demon to become EGO PRO Tag Team Champions
2010: Lost a cage match to Bob O Mac ending their 2 yeard feud. Was subsequently fired from Detroit Funk City
2010: Dwayne Windham has to do Funk's bidding as his valet- It ends with Dwayne being shot out of a cannon
2010: Won a 20 man #1 Contender's Battle Royal at EGO PRO. Became the #1 Contender
2010: Defeated Dwayne Windham in a Chain on a Pole Match to end their feud
2011: With the Demon, defeated Street Dreams at SAW wrestling in the TXW vs SAW war. A riot ensued.
2011: Defeated Tony Blaine and 3 evil John McCains to become the Nitro Heavyweight Champion
2012: Debuts burlesque dancer Sassy Frass as a new manager
2012: Defeated Dwayne Windham for the vacant TXW Youtube TV Title being only the second person to win it twice.
2012: Funkmaster V leaves TXW, and TXW awards him the TXW Youtube TV Title as a token of appreciation
2012: Named Liaison of Funk at KAPOW wrestling- meaning he & Sassy Frass have the power over the show happenings & roster
2012: Defeated his arch-nemesis Bob O Mac in a title vs title bout in Funk's last Tennessee match at EGO-PRO.
2013: Successfully debuted the flaming "Red Fist of Funk" In a pinfall win over Logan Alexander.
2013: Was Cover Story in June 13th 2013 Maryville Daily Times "A MOST INTERESTING MAN"
2013: Won EGO PRO Heavyweight Championship and East Tennessee Youtube TV Title in same night.
2013: Debuted cab company "Funkmaster V's Uptown Cabs of Renown"
2014: The Death of Funkmaster V led to him being called "The Artist Formerly Known as Funkmaster V" or TAFKAFMV

Well, hello, fellow web-traveler. I'm glad you have decided to call the TXW Hotline in search for the truth. I know, I may dress in pink boas and have rude shirts and exquisite cars to drive (ie: 2006 Suzuki Aerio Sport SX Hatchback with the Boss Rims). You may have a hard time relating to me because of that. But just realize that even though I am from another area, I may not be so different from you. I laugh, I dance, I self humble myself every night... and most of all... I love beautiful women whom I can profit from.
The Lovely Beth may pretend that we were not in a state of emotional bliss, but I swear... she wanted to procreate and have our children on American Idol just as badly as I did! But somehow, that friggin' referee Bob O Mac got into her head and told her that I was crazy or some crap. ME!!! Well, I hope you enjoy the evidence of our history together: Hangin' out at a Greenpeace "Save the Palms Rally" (she is so passionate about the endangered palms), going to our weekly AA meeting at Drunken Jack's, and hanging out at our church place... they still call it church, right?
Sorry these pictures weren't hotter than I originally lead you all to believe that they would be. I am a gentleman, after all. Anyways, Bob... you might have gotten hitched to that tease... but all is not over. I got the rematch I wanted, and now I have planted those seeds of jealousy and doubt into that grubby muttonchop head of yours!!! When you close your eyes at night, just remember, The Lovely Beth and Funkmaster V shared a salad at Drunkin' Jacks! Ewwwwwwwwww!!! Feel it burn in your gut!
Also... she smokes cigarettes like a 70 year old fish mounger and she never wanted me to tell you that!
