Photo Evidence of Funkmaster V's and
The Lovely Beth's Emotional Relationship

A note from Funkmaster V:

Well, hello, fellow web-traveler. I'm glad you have decided to call the TXW Hotline in search for the truth. I know, I may dress in pink boas and have rude shirts and exquistie cars to drive (ie: 2006 Suzuki Aerio Sport SX Hatchback with the Boss Rims). You may have a hard time relating to me because of that. But just realize that even though I am from another area, I may not be so different from you. I laugh, I dance, I self humble myself every night... and most of all... I love beautiful women whom I can profit from.

The Lovely Beth may pretend that we were not in a state of emotional bliss, but I swear... she wanted to procreate and have our children on American Idol just as badly as I did! But somehow, that friggin' referee Bob O Mac got into her head and told her that I was crazy or some crap. ME!!! Well, I hope you enjoy the evidence of our history together: Hangin' out at a Greepeace "Save the Palms Rally" (she is so passionate about the endangered palms), going to our weekly AA meeting at Drunken Jack's, and hanging out at our church place... they still call it church, right?

Sorry these pictures weren't hotter than I originally lead you all to believe that they would be. I am a gentleman, after all. Anyways, Bob... you might have gotten hitched to that tease... but all is not over. I got the rematch I wanted, and now I have planted those seeds of jealousy and doubt into that grubby muttonchop head of yours!!! When you close your eyes at night, just remember, The Lovely Beth and Funkmaster V shared a salad at Drunkin' Jacks! Ewwwwwwwwww!!! Feel it burn in your gut!

Also... she smokes cigarettes like a 70 year fish mounger and she never wanted me to tell you that!

Funkmaster's Top 10 Favorite Personal Matches
Funkmaster V vs. Bob O Mac
TXW - June 2008
This was my first match and Bob O Mac's first win. I have actually grown to be friends with my once hated rival, so to me, this match will always be special. Who debuts against his career-long rival? Not many people. I am very blessed.

Detroit Funk City vs. The Bob Squad
TXW - Night of Terror 2 - TXW Tag Team Championships - No Punch Match
I loved this match for several reasons. One, it was a Main Event. Two, it was a return to my feud with Bob O Mac, and it was my first match with Bobby Blassie. Also, The lore surrounding Demon's blood mist started at TXW at this match. Sadly, I was the recipient of it.

Detroit Funk City vs. The Shenanigans
TXW - Christmas Chaos 2
The crowd absolutely loved this match. We all kicked butt, worked hard, and went 1000 miles an hour. The Shenanigans were set up properly at TXW after this one.

Funkmaster V vs. Dwayne Windham
TXW - Night of 1000 Matches - Pimp Cup Match
A match that centered around my mystery elixir, its fancy chalice, me drinking from it whenever I had the chance, and me going ballistic after Dwayne bashed it to bits. One of my favorite Funkmaster V meltdowns.

Detroit Funk City (Funk, Demon, Dwayne, Daniels) vs. Bob O Mac, Hollywood Kid, Dante Knight
EGO PRO - July 2010 - Detroit Funk City Open Challenge Elimination Match
The 4 vs. 3 match was pretty fun, and the crowd was hot and ribbed Dwayne for looking like Justin Bieber... that was hilarious. But what makes this match stick out in my mind is that Shane Daniels broke and spilled over the top rope. He landed on his neck, but held on to the rope like Billy Marshall taught him, and was able to finish the match like a monster. I felt proud of Daniels as he tossed Bob O Mac and Hollywood around like baby dolls... "Yep! He's with me!!!"

Funkmaster V vs. Jerry Lee
UWA - Nov 2008 - UWA Heavyweight Championship
I feel good about this match for three reasons. One, I was main eventing in my first shot at a Heavyweight Title. Two, this match started the Jerry Lee's "Chop for Cash" situation where he would walk around the ring, grabbling singles from fans like a stripper, and then deliver heinous chops to whoever the unlucky sap was in the ring. Thirdly, the rumor was that this was the UWA's last show, but because the of the talent that Billy Marshall brought in and the crowd enjoyed the matches so much, the UWA decided to keep the doors open and that has been two years ago.

Funkmaster V vs. Juggalo Drake vs. Bob O Mac
TXW - Nov 2008 - TXW Youtube Television Championship
This was rare triple threat rematch, and frankly I think the match was better than the first in every way. Giving Beth O Mac an early Christmas present of a "Sweatin' to the Oldies 2" with Richard Simmons VHS tape before the match was the cherry on top. The fans thought I one the match, and the clever finish was almost ruined by JoJo's lame ring announcing skills. Oh well, they fixed it for TV at least.

Funkmaster V vs. Bob O Mac
TXW - Jun 2010 - Two Year Feud Ending Cage Match
The build up to this match was pretty good, and this marked the first time I main evented in a singles match at TXW. I dropped 10 pounds to get in shape for this one, and we wrestled in 95 degree heat for 30 minutes and didn't slow down. The crowd loved the finish, my friend "The Reverend" got kicked in the giblets, and my stable turned on me... starting Funkmaster V's run as a crowd favorite.

Detroit Funk City vs. Barry Allen & Hollywood Kid
EGO-PRO - May 2010 - EGO-PRO Tag Team Championship Finals
I guess as a wrestler, winning a one day tournament is one of the coolest things you can do. You get to entertain the crowd numerous times, and when you win the whole enchilada, you are the focal point of the show. Detroit Funk City conquered the tournament by taking advantage of every opportunity and only cheated like 40-50 times to do so.

Funkmaster V vs. Insane Lane
Clinton, Tn's 4th of July Celebration 2009
This is a favorite of mine because I turned a guy who thought he wouldn't get over with the fans into Hulk Hogan with a single promo. I love telling the fans and my opponent that I will beat them with the Figure Four, and having the end of the match revolve around that finish. It's called psychology folks... look it up.

Funkmaster's Top 10 Favorite Matches
That doesn't invlove me beating Bob O Mac or the Buggy Boy

Ric Flair vs. Terry Funk
Clash of Champions IX- I Quit Match- NWA Heavyweight Championship
This was the first time I ever saw a man scream "Oh God! He's breaking my legs! I Quit!" into a microphone (And could be the only time). The build up to this match was great, the match was awesome, Terry Funk was funny, and Flair as a crowd favorite is always fun for me to see.

Kurt Angle vs. Chris Benoit vs. Chris Jericho
Wrestlemania 16- Intercontinental/ European Championship
This was an awesome match where Angle suffered his first two defeats and lost his first two WWF titles in one match. The next night on RAW, Jericho dropped the European Title to Eddie Guerrero when Eddie wooed Chyna away from Jericho to start that infamous storyline.

Roddy Piper vs. Bad News Brown
Wrestlemania VI
I don't know what the hell Piper was doing painting half of his body black, but I don't thing it was mean spirited or racist like some people think. It was just weird/ dumb. Brown is one of my favorite wrestlers of all time and he stuck it to Piper in this one.

Fit Finlay vs. Johnny Saint
One I stumbled across on Youtube, and it's a gem. This British match features rounds like boxing, Finlay's brown mullet, and a lady wearing an Indian headdress. Saint is an underrated wrestler in the United States and I have stolen a few of his unique reversals.

Ric Flair vs. Kevin Nash
WCW Nitro 4/1999
I love this match. Nash looked awesome, Flair looked crazy. The match ends when Nash powerbombs Flair and the Nature Boy remains motionless for several minutes. Roddy Piper leads an unconscious Flair and the EMTs to an ambulance that turns out to be going to an asylum instead of a hospital. Hilarity ensues when the ambulance starts to pull away with an awakening Flair in the back. Flair’s screaming head shrinks out of sight as a smirking Piper reenters the building.

Triple H vs. The Rock
Judgment Day 2000- Ironman Match- WWF Championship Match
I liked the fact that Triple H destroyed the Rock without cheating by a score of 6-5. All the little Rock fans cried that day. This match foreshadowed what kind of monster Triple H was going to be in the WWF/E.

Shawn Michaels vs. the British Bulldog
WWF's Saturday Night's Main Event IC Title 11/1992
Bulldog injured his back trying to use his strength over smaller Michaels. The injury got worse throughout the match, and Michaels finally took advantage of that to put away the big Brit.

Mankind vs. The Undertaker
King of the Ring 1998- Hell in a Cell
This is more of a spectacle than a match. You have to respect what Foley sacrificed physically to make fans happy. Not for the squeamish. People that think wrestling is a big joke, or fake, needs to watch this one.

Tully Blanchard vs. Dusty Rhodes
Starcade 86 TV Title- First Blood Match
Tully had to cheat about 1000 different ways in this one... but he got the job done. Dusty gets +5 cool points for shaving Tully's name in his hair.

The Four Horsemen w/ JJ Dillon
vs.
Dusty Rhodes, Nikita Koloff, Lex Luger, Dr. Death, Paul Ellering
7/1998 (War Games)
This is what wrestling is supposed to be: bigger than life. One of the coolest matches ever and this was my favorite War Games match. After awhile they got stupid.
